COUNCIL THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM APR 9 1984 BYLAW NO. 2030 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2797 of the South West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquit!am. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to trattic a highway or any portion of, a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: All that portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2797 of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District having an area of 94.72 square meters shown within the black outiine on an Explanatory Plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 29th day of March 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby stopped up and closed to traftic.
