4. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile pol!
shall be established at the places and during the times specified
by the "Mobile Pol! Estab! ishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396"; namely,
at some convenient location et the Senior Citizen's housing
facility known as "Dogwood Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street,
from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and at some convenient location
in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from 1:00 Poem. until
5:00 p.m., on November 19th, 1983,

5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced
poll will be held at the Place and during the time specified by
the "Advanced Pol:| Byiaw, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the Port
Coquitlam Branch of -the: Fraser Valley Regional‘ Library, 2470 Mary
Hit! Road, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. -on Wednesday, November
9th, 1983; and from 10:00 aem. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday,
November. 12th, 1983; and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday to
Friday, inclusive, November 14th. to 18th, 1983,

6. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at
the respective polling places is hereby delegated to the
Returning Officer appointed herein.
