LEGAL . DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Blk. ‘15 of D.L. 174 and 289, Group 1, Plan 2080 , BACKGROUND: The proposed development is a typical three- _ storey apartment project with 21 dwelling units. The properties in question are located within Phase 3 of the Apartment Plan (see attached sketch). The zoning required is RM-4 which is zoning designed for the apartment areas surrounding the Downtown Commercial Core. The, following are relevant statistics of the proposed development: Site area - 16,104 sq. ft.
