A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on February
20th, 1978.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R.
Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Planning Officer
L. Lee, Parks Superintendent W. Kim, Recreation Director Janna Taylor,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.
