Re: Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1367

The above-noted Zoning Amendment By-law is on the Council agenda of

October 20th, 1975 for final reading.

If Council will refer ta the photostat on the reverse side of this

memorandum they will see that certain of the lots to be created by the Subdivision

have less than the minimum frontage required by the City's Subdivision of Land
By-law. Accordingly, an exemption is required and may be given by the Council

in the following form:

"That the Subdivision covered by City Subdivision File S#46-73 wherein.

24 lots are created, some of which have frontages less than required by ‘the

City's Subdivision of Land By-law be approved."
