Re: Land Exchange - City and Franklin Sand & Gravel Ltd.

Council will recall the recent proposal for the land exchange as shown on the attached
map.. In compliance with the requirements of the Municipal Act a Notice of Intention was
posted on the Municipal Notice Board on December 6th, 1972 and at the closing time for
“receipt of alternate proposals, 12:00 o'clock noon, December 14th, 1972 no alternate pro-
posals had been received.

Accordingly, if the Council are desirous of proceeding with this land exchange might

‘we suggest that the following resolution:

"That the following portions of land be sold to Franklin Sand & Gravel Ltd., 130 Logan

‘Street, Coquitlam, B. C. for the sum of -$1.00 each:

Firstly, -

“ All“and singular that certain piece, parcel, or tract of land and premises, situate,
lying and being a portion of Lot .25, Block N, of the South East Quarter, Section 6,
Township 40, New Westminster District, as. shown on registered Plan (22814 And which
may be more particularly described as follows: ee
Commencing at the South ‘West corner of said Lot 25,

Thence on a bearing of S 89-37-45 E fo-lowing the South boundary of said

a distance of 17.18 feet, |

Thence on a bearing of N 44-14-20 E a distance of 17.39 feet,

Thence in a North Westerly direction.on a circular curve to the left, having a
radius of 100.00 feet, and an arc of 33.35 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with the West boundary of said Lot 25,

Thence on a bearing of S$ 00-36-00 W following the West boundary of said Lot 25,

a distance of 28.54 feet, more or less, to. the point of commencement.

And containing 0.012 acres, more or less.
