They took two games from Vancouver's Magee (15-4, 15-4), split with Victoria's Belmont (15-4, 14-16), lost a pair of top-ranked Suther- land (9-15, 8-15), split with Mount Douglas (15-12, 17-19), and grab- bed both games from Reynolds (15-4, 16-14). This advanced them to the single elimination championship round. After beating out Spectrum 15-9, 15-11, the Kermodes went up against last years double ‘AA’ champs from Al- berni in the quarter -finals. Alberni proved too strong and Terrace lost 15-12, 15-9.
