A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the carend dh 43, 1987 of
certain real property held by the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam for ‘recreational

purposes.

WHEREAS the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam lease certain property owned by the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and use that property for recreastiona!

purposes;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the
calendar year 1987;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fo! lows: ;

1. That parce! of real property, together with the Improvements situated thereon,
known as "That part of Lot 91, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 52852, New
Westminster District shown on Explanatory Pian 65840", Is hereby declared to be exempt
from taxation for the calendar year 1987 to the extent provided in Section 400 of the

Municipal Act. ,

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Kinsmen Community Building
Leased Property Exemption From Taxation Bylaw, 1986, No. 21897.

Read a first time by the Municipal Counct! this 23rd.day of June, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 23rd day of June, 1986.
Read a third time by the Municipal Counci! this 23rd day of June, 1986.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least
two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitiam this day of 1986.
