Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. C. Fielding, 1563 McHugh Close, who asked to
speak on behalf of the residents of Shaughnessy Woods regarding a temporary access through
Shaughnessy Woods using Nacht Avenue.

Mr. Fielding, 1563 McHugh Close, spoke and presented a 160 name petiticn regarding
opposition to the temporary access through Shaughnessy Woods using Nacht Avenue.

Mr. W. Johnston, 1642 McHugh Close, spoke regarding his concerns with dump trucks
with tandem not being able to make the sharp bend at Mary Hill Road and Nacht.

Ms. M. Lavery, 1696 McPherson told of two traffic accidents on this comer aiready, and
suggested an access from Shaughnessy Street as an alternative.

Councillor Gates said he is reviewing options of access from the south end of Shaughnessy
Street, with the Fire Department.
