Amendments to the Building and Plumbing Bylaw. :

That Council approve the amendments to the Building and Plumbing Bylaw.

That the amended Bylaw become effective December 1, 1992.

From the City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator dated October 28th, 1992 regarding 1993
Sewer Utility Budget and Rates.

That the 1993 budget for the sewer utility totalling $2,694,400 be approved.

That the sewer user rates be revised as outlined in the rate schedule attached to Councii
Agenda.

That the Engineer be requested to prepare a detailed Five Year Capital Plan for the sewer
utility.

the water utility prior to the commitment to any water projects for 1993.

That the City’s water rates be increased as outlined in the schedule attached to Council
