Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3319, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be gold to Michael Savvis, The Lighthouse Seafood Restaurant at or for the price or sum of $110,000.00, subject to existing tenancies, in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and the offer received; The adjustment date be January 31st, 199135 The possession date be January 31st, 1991; The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
