Novemder 3, 1989 LOBB AVENUE TOWNHOUSE PROJECT-SCHEDULE A TO REPORT FOR COUNCIL IN-COMMITTEE MEETiAG (Nov 6, 1999) Prooosed contents of Cost-Sharing Agreement: l. City will pay for one-half the cost of Lobb Avenue Construction. Such cost to be limited to curbs, boulevard and pavement construction only. Previous Consultant estimate was $142,000. Current estimate is $232,000 due to poor soil conditions. This cost shall be funded from the Land Sale Reserve. City to re-imburse developer (upon satisfactory comoletion of watermain construction) the cost of a section of watermain on Pitt River Road which is a DCC item. This section is from the Rowland road allowance to approximately 100 meters east. Estimated cost is $10,000 for this section. Security deposits will pe required of the developer to cover the amount which he will have to front-end. Develover will be required to complete all the works within 6 months of Signing of the agreement. Developer will be oroviding a temporary access road from Pitt River Road to the site and not use Lobb Avenue until all off-site works and all major on-site construction nave been completed. Payment to the develooer for the City's portion of the works shall be based on the lowest tender acceptable to both the City and Developer. Also, the ceveloper will be re-imoursed for the City's portion of Consulting Fees for the detailed design and adminstration of the tender contract. Such Consultants fees shall not exceed the recommended scale of fees set by the Association of Professioral Engineers of BC . The financing formulae for the sanitary pump station and associated works shall be as follows: Sewer Capital Reserve.......$22,097 Sewer DCC Area 3 Reserve..... 1,561 Developer's Share of DCC.....12,488 (based on 56 units) Provincial Sewer Grant.......37,500 Sub-total: 73,646 Developer to front-end*......(£ minus at+b+c+d) Total cost of works..........(dependent on option selected) *This amount to be reimbursed to developer over 5 years after completion of works WITHOUT interest. On each anniversary of completion of works developer will receive the amount collected by the City from developments in DCC Sewer Area 3. Developer will be rewired to construct a drainage swale along the north property line of the develooment to effectively remove surface runoff which may accumulate Gue to the filling_of the property.
