“WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicateds.

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved. that:
Lot 38 and Lot 39, Block 4, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan: 2145,.
New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold individually by

_tender if bids. acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the- Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection

is appropriate.
