A crosswalk is hereby established in Lions Park crossing the access
road from the barbecue area to the playground area.

Pedestrians are prohibited from crossing the Highway at the following
locations:

(a) On Shaughnessy Street from the Underpass to Wilson Avenue (except
at a crosswalk).
