That the City request permission of the Ministry of
Municipal Affairs to make an ex gratia payment, as permitted
under section 288 of the Municipal Act, in the amount of
$1,337.12 to the owner of the above mentioned property.

regarding Planning Department Fees.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That City Council direct the Clerk to prepare a bylaw
amending the Rezoning Application Fee Bylaw providing for fees
for amendments to the Officia: Community Plan.

AND That fees for amending the Official Community Plan be set
at $900.06. The fees are divided as follows:

A. $650.00 is for advertising the public hearing for

the plan amendment bylaw, which would be

refundable should the bylaw not proceed to public
hearing.

$250.00 for Planning fees to offset staff time
cost in reviewing an application for amencing The
Official Community Plan.
