CRIMINAL DOCUMENT SERVICE CLAIMS

1. CRIMINAL DOCUMENTS ELIGIBLE for reimbursement are :

summonses and subpoenas issued by a provincial court or

provincial crown counsel in connection with an offence

under the Criminal Code or a Provincial Statute. {

2. DOCUMENTS NOT ELIGIBLE for reimbursement include: |
(a) warrants or orders of arrest or detention;
| (b) documens issued in connection with a civil process;
(c) documents issued in connection with federal .

prosecutions (i.e. federal statutes other than the

Criminal Code); and

(d) documents issued in connection with prosecutions

under a municipal statute or bylaw.

3. COMPLETION OF CERTIFICATE OR AFPIDAVIT OF DOCUMENT

SERVICES:
