The Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

That part of Lot 2 lying North. of the
Highway shown on Plan 10030

District Lot 380

Group One

Plan 6234

New westminster District

ts hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to CS-2 (Service Station
Commerctai) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No. 1651" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be elted for.all purposes as the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1985, No. 2123".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of August, 1985.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this 12th day of August, 1985.

Public Hearing held this 9th day of September, 1985.

Purpose of the Amendment:
