adopted unanimously on October 36, 1985;

2. Response to the CTC/RTC from the Chairman, Policy Coordinating
Committee, dated October 28, 1985, approved unanimously by the

Policy Coordinating Committee;

3. Copy of a cable sent to John O'Hara, Secretary, CTC/RTC, dated

October 30, 1985; and

4, Copy of a cable (received by mail Qctober 31, 1985) from Jonn

O'Hara.
