(d) side Yards

A side yard shall be provided on each aide of the building

of not less than 10 feet in width, except that:

4. a side yard not flanked by a street, lane or an RS-1,
RS-2, RM-1, RYM-2, RM-3, or RM-4 Zone may be reduced to
nil, provided that the other side yard has a width of
not less than 20 feet.

44. in the case of a corner lot, the side yard adjoining the
flanking street shall be not less tha 14 feet in width.

414. where a let abuts a jot in an RS~1, RS-2, RM-1, RM-2,
“RM-3, or RM-4 Zone or is separated by a street or lane
therefrom a side yard shall be provided of not less
than 20 feet in width. ; .
(e) Rear Yard

A rear yard shall be provided of not less than 10 feet in

depth, except where a lot abuts a lot in an RS~1, RS~2,

RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, or RM<4 Zone, or is separated by a lane

therefrom, such rear yard shall be not less than 30 feet

in depth.

Off-Street Parking

Parking shall be provided and maintained in accordance
with Section 304 of this By-law.

Provisions shali be made on the site for loading and
unloading operations in accordance with Section 305 of.
