_ The Regional Planning Department on behalf of the
Regional District has engaged Norman Pearson, Planning Con-
sultant, to Study the issue and Prepare a set of criteria
and reting methods for non-urbanized land in the Greater
Vancouver Regional District as a means by which priorities
for purchase in the GVRD could be determined.

Included in the Study outline is discussion of the
matter with municipal officials in order to reinforce appro.
