Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended in a report from the Parks & Recreation Committee, October 18th, 1974, the Northerly portion of Lot C, Plan 19371 be set aside for a complex of fields and baseball/softball diamonds. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution, several members of Council stated they would like to have more information on the subject before making a decision, and the following resolution was proposed: Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the foregoing proposed resolution recommending that the Northerly portion of Lot C, Plan 19371 be set aside for a complex of fields and baseball/softball diamonds be tabled until the Parks & Recreation Committee provides the Council with further information thereon. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended in a report from the Parks & Recreation Committee, October 18th, 1974, the Recreation Department put on the Hallowe'en dance in accordance with the Department's regulations.
