Re: Proposed Subdivision of Lots 8 & 9, Plan 21237

Attached hereto please find a plan of the above mentioned
proposed subdivision which was submitted to the undersigned for approval.
Proposed lots 322 and 323 do not meet the frontage requirements of the
City's Subdivision of Land By-law. These proposed lots do, however,
comply with the frontage exemption policy established by Council June
5th, 1972. I would, therefore, request that you place this proposed
subdivision for Council's consideration to grant a frontage exemption
as permitted under Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act.
