Mayor and Council DATE: May 10, 1974 Planning and Zoning Committee RE: Strata Title Application SS#8-74 The Committee has received an application for a strata subdivision of property located at property bounded by Vincent, Salisbury, Sefton and Dorset (see attached map). This property has been under consideration for development for some time and is zoned for RM-1 development. The owner proposes to build a row housing development that conforms with our present by-law and has requested approval for a strata subdivision. The proposal has been viewed by the Building and Protection Committee and has been approved. The owner is prepared to deposit a substantial sum to take care of off-site servicing requirements. The development consists of 36 townhouse units and these will be divided into two blocks, one facing Vincent and the other facing Sefton Street. The Planning and Zoning Committee are prepared to recommend approval of the project subject to the owner following the City strata title procedure. There is no re- zoning or development contract required for the property as the development wiil be conforming as mentioned above. A coloured rendering will be available for Council to view.
