Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam as a Nature Area.

WHEREAS the real property hereinafter more particularly described is

ovned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam;

AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 468 of the "Municipal Act", being

Chapter 255 of tha Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, as amended, the

‘AND WHEREAS it is deemed in the public interest to dedicate the

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: , an ;

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and situate within the municipal

iimits of the City of Port Coquitlam and in the New Nestminster Land

Registration District is hereby dedicated as a Nature Area: ;
