Chong presented a draf t copy of a letter to Mr. Gerry St. Germain, M.P. inviting him to attend a joint meeting with rep resentat i ves f rom the C ty and the D i str i ct. The Committee agreed with the contents of the letter with some minor changes. The 100 m of hcgfuel imported in late November is stored in piles on relatively high ground and at least 300 m from any ditch. assessment to date does not indicate a potential for the development of environmental problems based on present site conditions.
