Germain, M.P. inviting him to attend a joint meeting

agreed with the contents of the letter with some minor changes.
The Committee instructed that this letter be sent out as soon as
possible.

The Committee deliberated on what to do with the money
the budget and dec ded that:
a. Another Recycl lng Ad be placed in the loca newspapers
toward the end of the year. (approx $ 1,000.00)
b. Posters promoting recycl 1ng be made and posted in al
civic buildings. (approx. $ 400.00)
The Committee also decided that $ 6000.00 be Included ln the
1986 Budget for Environmental Protection. The balance amount of
money remarning (approximately $ 1900.00 wil
be held ln reserve to

This hogfuel will be used for the construction project
and for base repairs to the existing building.
The 100 m of hcgfuel imported in late November is stored
in piles on relatively high ground and at least 300 m
from any ditch.

assessment to date does not indicate a potential for
the development of environmental problems based on present
site conditions. We will reassess the situatior. again during
wet weather. If a leachate problem develops, our office
will requ st the nursery to take remedial action.
