Training Workshop: Results-based Management
and Calibration of the Global Development Plan

Cooperation offered a workshop
on June 4, 2010 on results-based
management and calibration
process.

Governance Training For Francophone Organizations

During the FFCB’s strategic planning exercise,
organizations indicated that administrators’
management skills needed to be improved. To meet
this need, the FFCB organized a governance workshop
in Richmond on February 27. More than forty partici-
pants attended the training, given by Mr. Pierre
Bourbeau of the Centre canadien de leadership en
évaluation (CLE) [Canadian Leadership Evaluation
Centre]. The purpose of the workshop was to present:

Analysis of 2011-2012 Programming and Project Requests

Representatives from the community met on January 15, 2011 to analyze programming
and project requests for 2011-2012 from Francophone organizations. A few weeks later,
on February 14, they met with representatives from Canadian Heritage for a final

analysis of requests.
