PROJECT DESCRIPTICN:

The proposed school is to be located at the corner of Reeve Street and
Pitt River Road, immediately south of the playing fields that are currently
under construction for Reeve Street Park. The total site area will be
approximately 5.5 hectires.

Street.

DISCUSSION:

City Council has previously approved in principle the location of thie
school next to Reeve Park.

It is therefore in order that an amending Bylaw be introduced to ensure
that the process of rezoning is appropriately implemented.
