GENERAL REMARKS:

Despite the adverse weather conditions experienced in December ,» the
performance of the shelter was most creditable.

fhe resolving of the problems in respect to the Pathological incinerator
and the participation of the municipality in the Low Cost Spay and Neuter
Clinic should have high priority in January 1976.

fhe building of the Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic will commence on the
7th of Canuary with completion date on the 16th of April with official
opening on the first of May 1976. .

During the month, two cows and also one horse were impounded in the City
of Port Coquitlam.

A consolidated report in respect to the activities of the shelter will
be forwarded within ten days.
