V3C 2A8 Dear Sir ar Madams Re1 Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2793. I woulc like this letter presented as a written submission of ny objection to the above vroposed development. Jown town Fert Coquitlam already has high density. w#Jhen the build- ing of apartments now in progress is completed we will be greatly cvercrowded. Ne have a bottle-neck situation getiing in and out of town. There is a serious traffic delay at Shaughnessy and Lougheed every rush hour. A new Bailey Bridge will not make a great deal of difference. There is not enough parking space at present. Please no more apartments in the down town area. Yours truly, one] an i a a Zileen Martin
