DISCUSSION s The intent of Section 807 of the Zoning Bylaw, which regulates minimum distance between windows and other buildings, is to ensure a minimum level of privacy and appropriate spacing. The subject property has units that, due to the richness of ites articulation, have difficulty meeting the Bylaw with some of the secondary fenestrations. Because these secondary fenestrations should not result, in this case, in the reduction of privacy or negatively impact the unit spacing, but will improve the internal design and overall appearance of the units, it is recommended that this application be approved.
