Dear Mayor Traboulay and Council:

The Chamber of Commerce extends their thanks and appreciation for helping in the Tourism component
of our operations with a Fee for Service during 1990.

As the tourism season rapidly approaches, once again we look forward to opening our tourist information
center cabooses. In 1990, the Tri-Cities welcomed over 10,000 visitors and encouraged them to stay and
visit our area.

The Chamber wishes to continue our excellent service to the community in the tourism area for 1991. We
therefore, would greatly appreciate your consideration of a Fee for Service from your municipality.

Please find enclosed the Expenditures for 1990 and our proposed budget for 1991. We would request
$8,852.80 from the City of Port Coquitlam. These funds are directly allocated for tourism information
services.

We await a reply at your earliest convenience, and if a meeting is requested, a mutually convenient time
will be arranged. Thank you in advance.
