the City shall be added as an additional named
insured under the Comprehensive General Liability
insurance;

a Cross Liability clause shall be made part of tha
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance;

such policy shall provide that it cannot be
cancelled, lapsed or materially changed without at
lease thirty (30) days' notice to the City by
Registered Mall;

upon execution of this Agreement the Lessee shall
fila with the City a certified copy of the
dneurance policy required; and

the Lessee hereby releases, indemnifies, and
forever discharges and saves harmless the City
from any and ali liability whatsoever arising as a
result of thea operation, use or maintenance of the
Lands and against all manner of costs, losses,
actions, causes of action, suits and damands
whatsoever at law or at equity which the Lessee
may have at any time against the City.

City's COVENANT
6. The City covenants with the Lessee for quiet enjoyment.
