AND THAT the applicant be required to thin trees in the nature reserve within 20 meters along the boundary of the subdivision, AND THAT the applicant be required to copstruct a fence around the perimeter of the property except at road ers. AND THAT the applicant be required to construct Chelsea Avenue to a full Standard to the eastern limit, AND THAT the developer institute design control for houses constructed in the subdivision.
