That Bylaw No. 2463 he referred to the Planning and Zoning Committee
pending preparation of a restrictive covenant.

From the Director of Community Planning, November Ist, 1989 regarding
R#55/89 for 1408 Chelsea Avenue.

THAT the Clerk's Office ba directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning the
subject property from an RS~3 to an RS~2 zoning designation.

AND THAT the applicant be required to thin trees in the nature reserve
within 20 meters along the boundary of the subdivision,

AND THAT the applicant be required to copstruct a fence around the
perimeter of the property except at road ers.

AND THAT the applicant be required to construct Chelsea Avenue to a full
Standard to the eastern limit,

AND THAT the developer institute design control for houses constructed in
the subdivision.
