In order that we may encourage these international teams we must know what our limits are and what type of scheduling we may be able to organize such that it becomes attractive far teams from Japan, Australia and Western Europe. -~ In order that these plans may be made we must first have a commitment from the City with respect to the arena complex. We would require the entire arena complex from Saturday, March 26, 1988 to and including Sunday April 3, 1988. We, the tournament committee would request that we be aranted use of the Arena complex on the aforementioned dates and that if you require further information that a meeting be arranged at which time we would be prepared to present a more detailed and comprehensive plan. We would request that this commitment be delt with quickly as you may appreciate, we must contact these international teams now for commitments to our Zournament An 1988.
