Brown Director of Community Planning Rezoning Appli 3425 Coast Mer cation No. 26/85 idian Road RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 201, D.L. 479 NWLD Plan 33220 from RS-1 to RM-4, AND THAT this approval be subject to the applicant entering into a covenant limiting density of the development to six suites. COMMENTS: This application is for a townhoUse development similar to the one recently approved along Coast Meridian, utilizing an RM=4 density. The application was received late in 1985 but was tabled to permit the applicants to revise their building plans. The ptans have now been revised and the proposal! has the same density as the neighbouring development. . A concern that was raised about the original proposal was that private open space ts placed in a required front yard. In the modified design the required open space is no longer in the front yard but is separated by: a two meter: high privacy fence.
