Safety Procedures ~ Arena Complex

' RECOMMENDATION

That the procedures set forth as an attachment to this report concerning

Fire Safety Procedures in the Arena Complex be adopted.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

= “Council members will recall that the above noted subject was discussed at
the Council meeting of March 7th, 1983 and as a result of an apparent

conflict in the wording of the recommendation presented at that time. the

. Matter was referred to our Solicitor and the attached revised wording has

been Prepared .

,, Alderman Vater, representing the Public Safety Committee and Alderman Laking,

representing the Parks and Recreation Committee, participated in a committee
discussion on Tuesday, March 29th, 1983 and the attached procedure hus been
prepared as the result of the proceedings at that meeting.
