Dear Sir,
I am writing with regard to the new traffic signs at
either end of Labb Ave on Shaughnessy St, ss Mary Hill 2d... in
Fort Coquitlam. The signs prevent a left turn being made
into Lobb Ave, .
It was suggested that some motorists were using Lobb Ave
to by-pass the lights at Shaughnessy/Pitt River . Mary Hill /
Pitt River. If this is so, then surely, if the Ric rp,
wish to stoza minority of people taking tris "long cut!
a no-lett turn sign on Lobb Ave into “ary Hill 24 would be
tne answer, and allow the rest. of us to rass by in peace, as
before,
It would appear that there is t00 much traffic along

Lobb Ave for the residents! liking. Is this a precedent being

set? Can a group of neighbours band together now ane
tnéir section of road tratfic-free? What if we all did
