That the Minor Hockey Association be permitted to host the 1982
Bantam Tournament from March 29th to April 3rd, 1982;
That the Association be permitted to use all the facilities of the
Port Recreation Centre;
That they be charged a rental fee for half the ice time used during
the tournament;
AND THAT the City operate the concession during the tournament.
