"That the Right-of-Way registered in the New Westminster Land Registry

Office on the 18th day of April, 1973 under No. J44359 wherein a Right-of-Way

is granted to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam over Lots 75 and

76 of the South West Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 43695 New Westminster
‘District be released with respect to Lot 76 only;

AND THAT a Right-of-Way in favor of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
be obtained, in tHe City's standard form of agreement, over the said Lot 76 to

cover the area outlined red on a Right-of-Way Plan over a portion of the South

West Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District prepared by

Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated August 24th, 1979."
