THE CORVOUATION OF TUE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

A By-law to authorize the denolition of Luildings, structures, or
things, that are in the opinion of Council, in an unsafe condition.

WHEREAS Huntingtea 2vbber Mills of Canada Limited has pemitted,
allowed, maintained, or caused u. be peraitted, allowed or saintaincd
upon the parcel of land hereinafter deseriued, butldings, structuzes or
things which are ia the opinion of Council, in aa unsafe condition;

AND BHEREAS Che parcel of land upon which the said buildings,
atructures or things vere erected fs in the City of Port Coquitlan, in
the County of Westminster, in the Province of British Colushia, and is
wore particularly knowa and described as Loc 90 of Districe Lot 379,
Scoup 1, Plan 49890, New Veszuinster Districts

AND WHEREAS title to the said parcel of land is in the nane of:-

ROW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the City of Fort Coquitlaa,
in open reeting assezhled, enacts as follows:-

1. The buildings, structures, or things located upon that parcel of
land known and deseribed as Lot 90 of Districe Lot 379, Group 1, Plan
49850, New Restuiaster District, are, in the opinion of Covacil, ia an
unsafe condition, and shall be demolashed and removed frea the said
parcel of land by Huntington Ruober Hills of Canada Linited withia that
period of tine xpecified da Section 3 of this By-law, and such desolition
and rezoval is herchy authorized. :

2. In defavirc of such denolition and renaval by the said Huntington
Rubber Kills of Canada Linited within that period of tine specified in
Section 3 hereof, the Senior Building Inspector, together with workmen
eaployed by the City of Port Coquitlaa is hereby authorized ro enter
“upon that parcel of land known and deseribedias Loc 90 of District Lot
379, Croup 1, Filan 43890, New Westminster District, and to denolish the
buildings, structures, or things erected thercon, and such demolition
shall de done at the expense of the said Huntington Rubber Hills of
Canada Limited, and the charges fer so'doing, if unpaid by the owners on

the Thirty~first day of Deccenber, shall be cdded cto and fore part of che

texes payoble in respect of that lend oa texes in arrears.
3_ Thirty (30) day‘s sotice of the demolition and removal os authorized
by Section 2 hercof shal} be given to Huntington Rubber Mills of Canada
Lintted, the regtetered owner of the said parcel of land by asiling a
Notice in the form sec out in the appendix co this By-law to the Registered
Gkfice of the Cozpany by regiatered sail.
4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “duntington Rubber
Hills of Canads Lisited Suilding Pesclition By-lcw, 1979, Mo. 1691."
