Duplex Strata Title Application:

The application in question is for a new duplex strata title. The. Tot
is vacant.and meets all the requirements for a two family residential
use as set down in the present Zoning By-law. ,

A visual: inspection of the proposed site has been made and is concurrent
with our records on file of the area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they will approve
it. Enclosed is a copy of strip map of the area.
