What would you have concluded from such an experience? I've decided that in my studio there lingers, in a totally mysterious way, a whole bunch of ceramic shapes completely invisible waiting for me to arrive each morning. They take me and use me and move me in a way that permits their coming into a physical and material existence. This could be frightening, but it also has exciting possibilities. However, if true, there were certainly some unfortunately ugly relatives of these recent shapes hanging around the studies I first inhabited! Bob Kingsmill.
