Hunting licence changed TERRACE — A new, more convenient licencing system for resident hunt- ers has been introduced by the Ministry of Environ- ment and' Parks on April 1, 1987. The new licence is smaller is. size than previous hunting licences and will readily fit into a pocket or wallet. In book- Jet ‘form, ‘it: contains the basic hunting licence and five species licences in one. package, doing away with the necessity of hunters carrying several loose licences. ‘Species Stamps’. - will be used to validate the particular species licences ‘purchased by the hunter. For the first time, sep- arate species licences are being introduced. for mule ‘(black-tailed) deer ard ' white-tailed deer, and for deer taken on the Queen Charlotte Islands, where there is a season bag limit of ten deer.
