Five items | unresolved There are only five items still left unresolved in negotiations between the board of School District 88 and the Ter- race and District Teachers Association (TDTA), according to trustee Stu Christensen. He told the board last week negotiations began with 19 items on the table, but as of Friday, February 7,14 of them had been agreed to by both sides. Among the still unre- solved issues are class sizes, library staffing, class assignments and the cost sharing formula for printing the new con- tract. Christensen said the board will not make a commitment to spend ‘any additional funds un- til the district’s income for next year is known. He added due to cur- rent work-to-rule job ac- tion being taken by the TDTA, it will take ad- ministration more time than normal to in- vestigate some of the re- maining items.
