He met Jennié and they married on june 25, 1939. They had three daughters, all born in Smoky Lake. In 1950, they moved to Vancouver and on to Terrace i in 1952. Their son was born in 1955. : _ Lean worked as a carpenter and some of his work included the ‘Old Skeena Bridge, the Kitwanga Curling Rink, the Old Government Building and numerous houses around Terrace.
