SCHEDULE "A"

Whereas the City and the Contractor have entered into a agreement dated September 10,
1985 regarding the Contractor's services as Community Resources Co-ordinator, a copy
of which contract agreement is attached hereto as Schedule "A";

AND WHEREAS the City and the Contracter have agreed to amend the contract as set out
herein;

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
now paid by the City to the Contractor and by the Contractor ro the City and the
mutual covenants and premises contained herein, the parties covenant and agree with

one another as follows:

1. The September 10, 1985 Agreement attached hereto is modified as follows:

a) Section 3 of the Agreement is amended to insert the words "crime victims",
in the fifth line after the word "with";

b) a new subsecticn, identified as Section 3 (f) is added to the agreement as
follows:

"% (f) by coordinating, recruiting, training and supervising community
volunteers to support victims of crimes; and"; and

c) re-lettering the former Section 3(f) as Section 3(g).
