15. The Develoger covenants to save harmless and effectually indemnify
the Municipality against:
{a) ALL actions and procecdings costs, damages, expenses, claims
and Cecands whatsoever and by whousoever brought by reason of
the construction of the said works.

execution of the sald works resulting in damage to any property
waed in whole ar in part by the Municipality er which che

in any way or to any degree, to construct, repair or naintain.

Tre Munlcipality hereby covenants and agrees with the Developer to

the Develozer to perform all the said vork upon the terms and

Tepresentations, covenants, warranties, guarantees, promises or agreenents
{verbal or otherwise) with the Developer other than those in this Contract.
20. The appendices and Schedules hereinbefore referred to are hereby
incorporated inte and made part of this agreement,
21, This agreement shail have the force and effect of a restrictive
covenant running with the land and shall be registered in the Land
Registry Office by the Municipality pursuant te the provisions of Section
TOZA(4) of the “Muntelpal het",
