SUBJECT: City property at 2025 Fraser Avenue

RESOLUTION:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they
reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 14. District Lot 464, Group One. Plan 2286, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam,
BC be sold to Parmjit Kaur Sandhu for the sum of $103,000.00 upon the terms and
conditions stated in the tender cail and the tender received:

The adjustment date be March 15, 1993, or earlier, at the option of the purchaser, as stated
in the tender call:

The possession date be March 15, 1993, or earlier, at the option of the purchaser, as stated
in the tender call; .

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose
aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

BA ROUND :
A copy of the tender that would be accepted by the above resclution follows and the exact

location of the property is shown on the map section attached. The upset price established by
the Council on January 11th, 1993 was $100,000.00.
