Girl Guides/Boy Scouts to hold a Torchlight Parade on the evening of February
20th, 1992 from Viscount Alexander School, Northside Mall, James Park School,
and Aggie Park to Mclean Park, subject to the following:

That the parents assume responsibility for traffie control.
That the parade use sidewalks where possible.
