Tam, B.C.L.S., and dated December 12th, 1991, wherein Lot "A" having an area of 0.2215 ha is created and a portion of the said property is dedicated as "Road", be approved; And That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seai of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office. Carried. From the City Clerk, December 20th, 1991 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement for 1238 Eastern Drive. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with 360534 B.C. Ltd. on the 5th day of December, 1991, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the Said 360534 B.C. Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot 1, DL 169, Group 1, NWD, Plan 85435 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to Sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
